Most of the people from other countries immigrate to the US because of the unbearable situations in their countries, such as social or economic problems, wars, unemployment, but many Turkish people have moved here to get higher degrees and are majoring in their education.
Early in the morning I was at Cobb’s Hill Reservation, the highest point in Rochester, NY. I felt how amazing it is to take a breath in the fresh morning air. It seems like it gives the feeling of being full of life.
Helping people is a big favor. Our prophet (PBUH) said, “Whoever helps ease someone in difficulty, Allah will make it easy for him in this world and the hereafter” (Tirmidhi). Ishak is a seven-year-old boy who set up fundraisers to help the kids who lost their homes and their parents during the massive earthquakes in Turkiye and Syria on February 6th 2023.
